We design and manufacture CUSTOM Leak Tree training props. Unlike our competitors, we do not offer "stock" models. We work with you to understand budget, training objectives and service area requirements to create a training prop that will provide years of quality training.

We offer two basic levels of training props:

Gen1: Preset leaks when pressurized. Our difference is that we offer interchangeable components to allow instructors to change training scenarios for various levels of knowledge.

Gen3 (Patent Pending) All the features and benefits of Gen1 but with added remote instructor-controlled valves to add the concept of cascading failures as well as unpredictability which better simulates reality and giving the teams the experience they need to come home safely.

1) Schedule 40 PVC pipes and fittings rated at 130 psi or better (unless replicating DWV clean outs/caps),
2) Schedule 80 PVC pipes and fittings,
3) Galvanized pipe and fittings,
4) Steel Grooved pipe, gaskets and coupling [ <2" diameter],
5) Valves, unions, flanges, couplings, fire sprinkler heads,
6) Inputs available from 3/4" garden hose (standard) to 2-1/2 hydrant input with pressure reduction,
7) Bases of steel and non-slip industrial fiberglass grate 

All the Leak Tree training props we manufacture come with a written manual. On-site training is available at additional cost that may be quoted as part of the RFP/Bid process.
